Questions
Why WooCommerce and not Shopify?
WooCommerce is open source and runs on your own hosting, so you own the shop and its data and pay no platform subscription or commission on sales. It is also easier to customise and to connect deeply with your other systems. If a hosted platform suits you better, we'll tell you.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes, for the scope we agree in writing. If you want to add something along the way, you get a price for it first and decide.
Can you move my existing shop?
Yes. We move products, customers and order history from Shopify, Magento or other platforms, and set up redirects so your search rankings carry over.
Where are you based?
In the EU, one or two hours from the Nordics and Western Europe. We work in English, in your working hours, under the same EU rules and data protection, and we are a short flight away when meeting in person helps.
Can the shop be in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish?
Yes. Your shop can be in any language, or several at once, with prices in NOK, SEK, DKK or EUR.
What does the free review include?
We look at your current shop's speed, mobile experience, checkout and search basics, and send you a short video with the improvements we would make first. Free, and yours to keep whether we work together or not.
Who owns the shop?
You do. The code, the design, the data and every account are yours from day one.
